Mary-Queen Uchechukwu (Coach MQ) is a Career Development Coach, Cloud & DevOps Engineer, and Senior Business Operations Professional with over 8 years of cross-sector experience spanning technology, operations, and human capital development.
She is the Founder of ProLaunch Careers, a platform built to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity for early-career and remote professionals across Africa and beyond.
