Terms of Service.
The terms and community standards governing your participation in ProLaunch programs, cohorts, and mentorship sessions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to ProLaunch Careers (“ProLaunch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, enrolling in the Career Grooming Camp (CGC), applying for the ProLaunch Mentorship Initiative (PMI), or utilizing any of our career tools and resources, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
ProLaunch Careers provides educational programs, professional mentorship, career consulting, and resume optimization tools designed to equip professionals with skills for remote and global employment. Our core offerings include:
- Career Grooming Camp (CGC): A 14-day intensive cohort-based training program strictly capped at 50 participants per cohort.
- ProLaunch Mentorship Initiative (PMI): A volunteer-based, virtual mentorship program matching early and transitioning professionals with experienced mentors.
- Career Optimization Services: Human-led CV rewrites, LinkedIn branding, portfolio guidance, and AI-powered evaluation tools.
3. Mentorship & Educational Disclaimers
Educational Purpose: All mentorship sessions, webinars, reviews, and coaching provided through ProLaunch Careers are intended solely for educational, informational, and career-development guidance.
No Guarantee of Employment: While our programs are designed to significantly elevate your positioning and interview readiness, ProLaunch Careers does not guarantee employment, specific salary thresholds, or job offers. Hiring decisions remain strictly with prospective employers. You remain solely responsible for your job applications, interviews, and career decisions.
Volunteer Mentor Network: PMI mentors participate on a volunteer basis. Mentors act as guides who diagnose gaps and provide strategic direction; they do not perform job applications on behalf of mentees. Mentorship pairings are subject to mutual mentor availability and alignment of goals.
4. Cohort Enrollment & Fees
- Enrollment: Seats in each Career Grooming Camp cohort are limited and allocated on a confirmed reservation basis.
- Program Fees: Program fees (e.g., ₦10,000 for the Career Grooming Camp) must be fulfilled prior to the cohort orientation date to maintain your reserved seat.
- Non-Transferability: Enrollments and cohort credentials are tied directly to the registered applicant and cannot be transferred to another individual without prior written approval from ProLaunch administration.
5. Code of Conduct & Community Standards
To preserve a supportive, professional environment for all learners and mentors, you agree to:
- Treat all participants, cohort peers, mentors, and staff with professionalism, dignity, and respect.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding personal experiences, resumes, and private conversations shared within sessions or closed cohort channels.
- Attend scheduled mentorship meetings punctually and notify mentors or administrators at least 24 hours in advance if a reschedule is required.
- Refrain from harassment, hate speech, spam, unauthorized commercial solicitation, or disruptive behavior. Violation of these standards may result in immediate dismissal from the program without refund.
